Scroll Type Dry Vacuum Pump

Scroll type dry vacuum pumps are dry vacuum pumps that exhaust air by combining the movements of a scroll-type stator and rotor.
They are used in a wide range of fields, including vacuum drying equipment, physicochemical analysis equipment, vacuum suction transport equipment, and vacuum heat treatment furnaces.

Do not evacuate gas which is hazardous to humans or explosive, flammable, or corrosive. If done, it can cause failure by gas, explosion or ignite.
The Three phaseSpecification does not have motor protection.Be sure to install a protective device such as an earth leakage circuit breaker.
