1. Pump oil deteriorates during operation, which can lead to reduced performance. Please regularly inspect the oil level and contamination, and refill or replace the oil as needed.
2. The backflow prevention valve mechanism prevents pump oil from flowing back into the vacuum chamber during emergencies such as power outages.
When the pump will be stopped for an extended period, please return the vacuum chamber to atmospheric pressure.
3. Oil mist may be generated from the exhaust port during operation, especially near atmospheric pressure.
4. Continuous operation at a high intake pressure of 5,000Pa or above is not suitable.
5. Operating the pump with the exhaust port blocked or with devices that obstruct gas flow on the exhaust side may cause rupture.
6. The motor's overload protection device is of the automatic reset type.
7. If the overload protection device activates during pump operation, the pump will automatically restart once the motor winding temperature decreases.
To prevent accidents, immediately unplug the power cord if the overload protection device activates.
