Features

  • Contributes to shorter takt time.
    Short measurement time is achieved with a dedicated exhaust system for leak testing equipment
    with a high exhaust velocity (3.0 L/s) and high measurement pressure (100 Pa).
  • High layoutability contributes to equipment downsizing.
    ・Compact size W360 x H229 x D310, 13 kg, and access surfaces are integrated on one side.
    Vertical or horizontal placement can be selected according to the customer's operating environment.
  • A simple, display-less form is possible.
    The PC is used for various settings and operations, and the display can be eliminated during equipment operation.
  • Easy to use without creating a control program. (Option)
    The basic sequence of valve control that performs the vacuum vessel method is provided, eliminating the need for control from the equipment side.
  • Supports hydrogen gas leakage
    In addition to helium gas, hydrogen gas can also be detected.
  • No copper-based materials are used in the gas-contacting part.
    The gas contacting part is copper-free and can be used in rechargeable battery factories.
